These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Monk Mode website and your purchase of Monk Mode products. Monk Mode is operated by Loma Labs LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Loma Labs," "we," or "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to buy from us or to create an account. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18. Our product is intended for use by adults 18 years and older.

Accounts

Some features — including managing a subscription, if one is offered — require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

How Monk Mode is sold

Monk Mode is currently sold as a one-time purchase: one jar, one charge. No subscription option is offered at this time. Nothing you buy renews on its own, and there is nothing to cancel. If a subscription option is offered in the future, its Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms will be published in these Terms and shown to you at checkout before any payment information is collected.

Orders and pricing

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and we may limit or cancel quantities. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted. We try to keep product descriptions, pricing, and availability accurate, but errors happen; if we find an error in the price or description of an item you ordered, we will let you know and give you the choice to proceed at the corrected terms or cancel.

Payment

You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for the amounts due. For a one-time purchase that is a single charge for that order. If a subscription is ever offered and you enroll in one, you also authorize the recurring charges set out in the Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms. We do not store full card numbers ourselves; payment details are handled by our payment processor.

Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms

No subscription is offered at this time (see "How Monk Mode is sold" above), so no auto-renewal terms are in force. Nothing on sale renews, nothing needs cancelling, and these Terms authorize no recurring charge. If a subscription option is ever offered, its terms — the price, the frequency, that it continues until cancelled, and how to cancel it — will be published in this section and shown at checkout before any payment information is collected.

Refunds

The first bottle is eligible for a full refund if requested within 30 days of delivery. Opened bottles are eligible, and no return is required. This policy covers one first bottle per customer.

To request a refund, email jon@getmonkmode.com with the order number. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

The damaged, incorrect, and undelivered order provisions in the Shipping & Returns policy remain in effect.

Product use and health

Monk Mode is a dietary supplement, not a drug, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Read the Disclaimer page and the label before use. Do not use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Consult your healthcare provider before use if you take medication or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to break the law, infringe someone's rights, interfere with the site's operation, or attempt to access areas or data you're not authorized to reach. Don't scrape, resell, or misrepresent our products without our written permission.

Intellectual property

The Monk Mode name, the MONK MODE trademark, the site's design, text, and images are owned by Loma Labs LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. These Terms don't give you any right to use them except to use the site as intended.

User content

If you submit a product review or other content, you're responsible for it, it must be truthful, and you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and use it in connection with our business. We may moderate, edit for compliance, or decline to publish content consistent with our review policies and applicable law.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties except those that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, Loma Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Loma Labs LLC harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where a mandatory consumer-protection law of your home state applies. Nothing here waives protections that your state's law grants you and that cannot be waived.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date, and material changes will be communicated as required by law. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
